Purpose, types of personal information and legal basis
In the subsequent paragraphs we provide an overview of our purposes when treating personal data, what kind of personal data we process and the legal basis for the processing.

Investment operations
In connection with investment activities and the management of invested capital, it is necessary for us to register and process personal data (name and contact information) about contact persons at companies we are considering investing in or have already invested in. Such processing of personal data is based on GDPR Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests).
IT-operations and security
Personal data stored in our IT-system might be available to us and to our suppliers when updating our systems, implementing or following up security measures, correcting errors and for other maintenance. The basis for processing is GDPR article 6 No. 1f (balancing of interests, cf. our legitimate interest related to the mentioned activities) and our legal obligation to have satisfactory information security, cv. GDPR articles 32 and 6 No. 1 letter c.
Sharing of personal data
Our suppliers of IT-, marketing, and other administrative services have access to personal data which is necessary to fulfill the data processing agreement signed between Cofounder and the provider of the service. The suppliers act in accordance with the data processing agreement and under our instructions. The suppliers may only use the personal data for those purposes decided upon by Cofounder and which are described in this privacy statement.
We never disclose personal information in cases other than those described in this privacy statement, unless the client explicitly encourages or consents to it, or the disclosure is required by law.
Storing personal data
We store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer storage period is required by law.
Moreover, accounting legislation requires us to store certain accounting documents for a specific period. When a specific purpose requires storage in a given period of time, we ensure that the personal data is used exclusively for the relevant explicit purpose in this period.

We do not collect personal data through our website analytics. Framer’s built-in analytics tool does not track, collect, or store any information that can identify an individual.
